About this website
Monumental Fitness LLC, based in Minnesota, United States, operates this website and its app-launch waitlist. This notice covers the website and waitlist. The app is coming soon; joining does not create an app account or start a subscription.
What we collect and why
If you sign up, we collect your email address, optional first name, confirmation status, signup and confirmation times, and the version of the consent you accepted. You must confirm that you are at least 16. We do not collect your birth date or fitness information through this form.
We use this information, with your consent, to confirm your request and send the app-launch announcement. We will not use this signup for progress updates or an ongoing newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cloudflare processes connection and security information, including your IP address and browser signals, to deliver the website and protect the form against abuse. If you contact us, we use your email and message to respond. Please do not send sensitive health information.
Our service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and the encrypted waitlist records and provides the Turnstile security check. Brevo delivers confirmation emails and maintains the confirmed announcement list. Google Workspace handles messages sent to our support and privacy addresses. These services may process information outside your country, including in the United States and Europe.
We do not sell waitlist information. Advertising pixels, session replay, and optional website analytics are disabled for this launch. The security check may use browser storage needed to prevent abuse.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed signup details expire seven days after signup.
- Confirmed waitlist contact data is removed 30 days after the launch announcement.
- If the app has not launched, confirmed signups expire 12 months after signup.
Expiry stops further confirmation or announcement eligibility. Cleanup removes records from active systems on a scheduled basis. Provider backups may retain deleted information until their recovery periods expire. Minimal protected suppression records may remain until the original 12-month expiry to prevent further unwanted messages; they contain no readable email address or first name.
Support correspondence and service-provider security logs are separate from the waitlist. We use them to answer requests and investigate delivery or security issues; contact us for information about a particular record.
Your choices
Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, the unsubscribe link in the launch email, or email privacy@monumentalfit.com to leave the list. You can also request access, correction, or removal of your information. We may verify that you control the email address before acting on a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to data portability, restriction, objection, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.
